Matteo is a professional with years of experience in the field of Government capacity-building.
After a graduation in Pilosophy and Mathematical Logics he specialized in Public Administration Management Innovation and worked in main Italian consultancy firm and banking group. He supported the Italian Government during the Italian semester of the EU. Recently he consulted as free lance the two main programmes promoted by the Italian Government to innovate the public sector (awarded by OECD and the J.F.K. Schoool of Government).
His professional abilities mainly regard public policy evaluation, governance and accountability process analysis and re-organization, public services analysis and re-organization, stakeholder relationship management, communication and knowledge management.
Matteo is currently attending the Dual Degree Master of Public Affairs, which is held both at Sciences Po (Paris) and LSE (London).
He loves arts (movies, books, food … oh yes) but his true passion is music. His main concern these days is not to be able to benefit from his collection of vintage instruments he left in Italy! Maybe next year, moving to London, things will get better…
He shares with Vision the passion to take part to relevant (and challenging) discussions, having an active role in nowaday society’s cultural and political debates both at national and international level.
Languages: Matteo is fluent in English and Italian. He also speaks French and Spanish and is attending a coure in Portuguese (Brasilian Portuguese, of course!).
