Vision ha appena avviato la terza e ultima ricerca dedicata a capire come le ICT stanno rivoluzionando e cambiando il concetto stesso di Sicurezza, nonchè  i processi e le organizzazioni attraverso i quali viene garantita la sciurezza ai cittadini e agli Stati. Il progetto verrà concluso alla fine del 2005.
